Hokipo is dedicated to elevating everyday living through thoughtfully designed home furnishings and utilities. Blending comfort, style, and functionality, the brand offers a premium range of products crafted to enhance modern homes.
The Challenge
HOKIPO came to us with a clear ambition — and a set of critical gaps standing between where they were and where they needed to be.
A Storefront That Wasn’t Converting: The existing Shopify store lacked the visual identity and structural clarity needed to earn customer trust. HOKIPO needed a ground-up redesign that could authentically translate their brand into a digital experience compelling enough to convert first-time visitors into buyers.

Product Page Optimisation: Rebuilt product pages with a sharp focus on conversion — combining compelling visual presentation, persuasive copy architecture, trust-building elements, and smart cross-sell placements to elevate both average order value and customer confidence.
ReturnPrime — Return Management: Deployed ReturnPrime to establish a seamless, end-to-end returns and exchange ecosystem. Customers gained a self-serve, hassle-free returns experience while HOKIPO gained operational control, actionable returns data, and a system that actively converts returns into retained revenue.
GoKwik — KwikEngage: Activated KwikEngage to power intelligent, behaviour-driven WhatsApp communication — enabling abandoned cart recovery, order updates, re-engagement campaigns, and personalised outreach at scale, all through India’s most-used messaging platform.
