2021 - The Beginning
NOIR & BLANCO started in 2021 in a single room, at a single table, with one intern and a simple idea—to create impact through design, development, and digital growth.
There were no big setups, just long hours of learning, building, and figuring things out step by step. Over time, that small beginning slowly shaped a clear direction: helping luxury, lifestyle, and fashion brands build, scale, and optimise their digital experience and performance.
What began quietly became a focused journey—rooted in consistency, craft, and intent.
2022 - Officially Established
In 2022, NOIR & BLANCO was officially registered as a proprietorship.
What started in a single room slowly began to take shape — carrying real challenges, responsibility, and steady learning along the way.
The first opportunity: Mantra Herbal (Baidyanath Group) for a Shopify migration. It brought a quiet sense of hope and validation that this journey could become something meaningful.
That project became the first real test.
It wasn’t easy, but it left a lasting mark—shaping how NOIR & BLANCO works today, with more clarity, discipline, and belief in building something meaningful, step by step.
2023 - Growth & Challenges
In 2023, client work started increasing and NOIR & BLANCO began expanding slowly with a small team.
Along with growth came new challenges — it was messy, fast, and uncertain, but also deeply challenging in the way only real building can be.
It was a phase of learning while doing, figuring things out one step at a time. And even with all the uncertainty, it marked an important step forward in the journey.
2024 - Rebuild It
2024 brought unexpected uncertainty, and much of what was built earlier was lost. Only hope and past learnings remained.
In that difficult phase, the decision was made to start again — to rebuild from scratch, step by step, with uncertainty but quiet determination.
2025 - Our First Office
The company opened its first office in Mumbai and was officially registered as NOIR & BLANCO PRIVATE LIMITED.
For the first time, ideas, people, and vision came together in one shared space — turning years of belief into reality.
It was more than an office or a registration milestone. It was a dream finally finding its home.
2026 - Going Global
We registered NOIR & BLANCO LLC in Delaware, USA, expanding our footprint into international markets.
We began partnering with enterprise brands, helping them navigate the future of commerce, search, and digital growth.
We launched AI Search Discovery, a new service designed to help brands stay visible in the era of AI-powered search.
And most importantly, our team grew to 30+ talented professionals who continue to drive innovation and excellence every day.
This milestone isn't just about growth—it's about building the foundation for what's next.
