Design & Web Development

Design and web development projects demand significant resources, time, and internal expenses. Consequently, once a payment or deposit is made, it becomes non-refundable. In the event of a project cancellation, delay, or postponement by the client, all funds paid will be retained by NOIR & BLANCO. Additionally, if applicable, clients may be subject to additional charges for work completed beyond the initial payment. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Payments for any of our services, including design, development, or marketing, are non-refundable, regardless of whether a fee was paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, our refund policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.
